NPFL: Kayode Bankole wins Remo Stars player of the month award

Kayode Bankole has been named Remo star’s January player of the month After an impressive start to the new season of the Nigeria Premier Football League where the team talented Golie kept three clean sheet in four games.

Remo stars so far has gained 12pts out of possible 15 points, losing just one game so far,the ikenne based team had earlie shortlisted three other players for the best player of the month award which includes Andy Okpe who scored the winning goal in Remo star’s away victory over Gombe Utd where he also won the man of the match.

Edidiong Ezekiel was also listed after a decent performance in the games he played while Segun Olalere has also been outstanding in the defense line while partnering with Nduka Jnr.

Remo stars announced Kayode Bankole as the winner of the award on their social media on Thursday afternoon.
